St. John Paul II Senior School (JPSSM) is a Catholic parish school located in Kesses Sub-county, Tulwet Chuiyat Ward, about 40 km from Eldoret town. Early this year, we welcomed our first 22 Grade 10 CBE students—young people full of promise, resilience, and hope. Currently we have 32 students, all under Competency Based Education (CBE) system.
At JPSSM, our mission goes beyond academic excellence. We are dedicated to the holistic formation of our learners, nurturing them into responsible, value-driven men and women who will positively shape their communities.
For now, our classes are held in a modest temporary structure, reflecting both our humble beginnings and our determination to grow. We are working towards building a permanent, safe, and dignified learning environment, with the goal of completing it by the end of this year so our students can begin using the new classrooms in January 2027.
